IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst
On-site in St. Louis, MO
Our client seeks an IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver technology projects that support business and operational objectives. The role manages full project lifecycle activities for small to medium-sized initiatives, partners with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership, and ensures delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. The position requires ownership, independent execution with cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, sound escalation judgment, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Rate: $40.00 to $45.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:- Manage the full project lifecycle for small to medium-sized IT projects, from initiation through implementation and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, documentation, and status reports.
- Coordinate project activities among business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate project meetings, gather requirements, document action items, and track follow-up activities.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify, document, and elevate project risks, issues, and dependencies as appropriate.
- Prepare and communicate project status updates to stakeholders and management.
- Support change management, user training, testing, and deployment activities.
- Assist with resource planning and coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to support project success.
- Contribute to lessons learned reviews and continuous process improvement efforts.
- 2-5+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting technology-related initiatives.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with project schedules, status reporting, meeting facilitation, and risk tracking.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
