• Director of SEO Requirements:7+ years of dedicated SEO experience, including 3+ years leading an SEO team.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, including site architecture, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and crawling and indexing issues.
• Deep understanding of content topical authority and evolving user intent.
• Proven track record driving measurable organic growth, revenue impact, and search visibility improvements.
• Expert level proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, GA4, and Looker Studio.
• Director of SEO Responsibilities: Oversee development and execution of technical, on page, off page, and content SEO strategies for client partners.
• Keep strategies ahead of search engine updates, generative AI search behavior, and evolving user intent.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of SEO Strategists through regular one on ones and performance expectations.
• Lead team capacity planning, prioritization, and resource alignment across client work.
• Refine and scale the SEO framework, internal tool sets, and deliverable templates.
