The special projects consultant will be responsible for assisting with new laptop setups, updates, new user configurations, and software installation for all of our six locations and remote users at the firm.
Major Responsibilities- Assist with new laptop configurations
- Data transfers from old to new laptops
- Troubleshoot Windows 11
- Decommission/reconfigure old laptops
- Minimum of 1 year of technology experience
- Experience working with laptops
- Experience imaging with Microsoft SCCM
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Windows 11
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams
- Experience installing, upgrading, configuring, troubleshooting computer system software
- Ability to follow a checklist and documentation
- Excels in organization and time management
- Typical office hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - Must be able to work extra hours as determined by workload and expectations.
- Must be available for on‑call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Travel for this position will be minimal.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
Bachelor's or better in Computer Science or related field.
