Technical Training Lead

Job Title

Conduct onboarding, workshops, seminars and training sessions for internal users (onsite & virtual).

Design, develop, and deliver scalable IT and product training programs that support multiple learning levels, roles, and learning styles.

Create, adapt, and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, facilitator guides, digital/eLearning content, and hands-on demonstrations.

Conduct training needs analyses and performance gap assessments in partnership with global stakeholders, HR, business leaders, managers, system owners, and SMEs.

Partner with Product, PMO, IT and other cross-functional teams to support technology rollouts, feature upgrades, digital transformation initiatives, and other projects.

Collect and analyze feedback, monitor employee performance, assess training effectiveness, and improve training programs based on engagement, understanding, recurring issues, KPIs, ROI, and learner impact.

Maintain current knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and emerging technologies, including responsible AI usage and ongoing enablement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
