Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to support our enterprise-scale platform as a service (PaaS).The ideal candidate will have 5-10 yearsofexperience in Kubernetes platforms, container orchestration,and cloud-based platform deployments, particularly in C2S,Gov Cloud, or similar isolatedenvironments. This roleis responsible forensuringdependabledaily operation,providing directtenant support (up to and including Tier
3), evolving& improving platform components,meeting security requirements, and deploying scalable solutions that balance performance and costwithin our 6+ multitenant clusters. This position will be performed on site at a customer location in St. Louis, MO. Active Top Secret security clearancerequired.

• Research, evaluate and create proof of concepts for intel processing and dissemination architectures
• Document tooling and use cases associated with architecture designs
• Train and mentor development teams on architectural best practices
• Envision compelling solutions for competitive proposal writing

• B.S. in Information Technology or related field
• 5+ years of experience in managing/administrating Kubernetes clusters, control plane components, autoscaling, and container-based workload troubleshooting
• 2+ years of experience with AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP cloud platforms including IAM, load balancers, and managed Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE)
• 2+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tooling (Terraform, Cloud Formation, Ansible, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience with scripting languages like Python and Bash
• Familiarity with security compliance tools (e.g., Grype, Fortify, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile development framework
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Gitlab CI and ArgoCD

• Experienceadministratingmultitenant Open Shiftclusters
• Experience with Crossplaneor similar service layer abstraction tooling
• Experience working as part of a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)-based organization
• Familiarity withnetworking security and enterprise processes for Firewall Change Requests (FCRs), Security Impact Determinations (SIDRs),and Change Requests in Service Now workflow systems

• Work is in person - on site at our customer location in St. Louis, MO.
• Top Secret security clearance is required
