IT Business Analyst, Business Systems & Technology Analysis, Data Analyst
Hybrid - 4 days onsite per week in St. Louis, MO and 1 day remote. Candidates should be local or within commuting distance.
We are seeking a Business Analyst Specialist to support enterprise initiatives focused on Information Governance (IG), data discovery, reporting, system migrations, and HR business applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with data analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and enterprise application support. This role will support initiatives including SaaS migration of records management solutions, implementation of data discovery/classification tools, development of reports and use cases, and HR technology enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases
- Perform data extraction, analysis, reporting, and data manipulation to support business decisions
- Partner with stakeholders across IT, HR, Information Governance, Security, and business teams
- Support system migrations, application enhancements, testing, and implementation activities
- Develop documentation, reports, process flows, and UAT materials
- Assist with HR enterprise applications and SaaS release initiatives (Oracle Fusion experience preferred)
- Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and requirements elicitation abilities
- Experience with SaaS applications, system implementations, or migrations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across Information Governance and HR technology initiatives
Preferred:
Experience with Information Governance, data discovery/classification tools, Oracle Fusion HCM, Workday, or similar HR SaaS platforms.
