Part-Time to Full-Time IT Support Specialist Greater Goods
· St. Louis, MO (on-site, hybrid, or up to 100% remote)
· Part-time · $30–42/hour DOEAbout Greater Goods
Greater Goods LLC is a medical device (Me.Health) and lifestyle brand focused on kitchen, home, and health products that support happier, healthier communities - from kitchen scales and premium cookware to award-winning connected blood pressure monitors. With operations spanning three continents, we maintain end-to-end control over design, manufacturing, and product lifecycle. You'd be joining a mission-driven, creative team headquartered in St.
Louis.
We're looking for a part-time IT Support Specialist to keep our teams running smoothly. The work is a genuine mix: responsive day-to-day support for our people, plus meaty project work as we modernize our identity and endpoint-security stack. You'll work with both local and remote team members, and the role itself can be on-site in St. Louis, hybrid, or fully remote depending on the candidate.
Whatyou'll do
- Help roll out single sign-on (SSO) company-wide with Jump Cloud
- Help roll out endpoint detection & response (EDR) with Crowd Strike
- Provide friendly, responsive support for Mac and Windows users
- Own system patching and day-to-day security hygiene
- Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 — accounts, permissions, groups, and policies
- Set up and maintain workstations and peripherals; track IT equipment and inventory
- Coordinate with external vendors and remote IT resources when needed
- Document support requests, resolutions, and procedures as you go
- Prior experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration
- Confident troubleshooting hardware and software across macOS and Windows
- Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with SSO/identity platforms (Jump Cloud, Okta, Entra ) and endpoint-security tooling (Crowd Strike or similar) — or the ability to ramp up quickly
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DNS) for connectivity triage
- Solid grasp of security best practices: patching, least privilege, MFA, data protection
- Strong customer-service orientation — you explain technical issues in plain language
- Organized and self-directed: tickets, documentation, and follow-through don't slip
- Vocational training or a degree in IT/Computer Science is a plus, not a requirement
(If this job is in fact in your jurisdiction, then you may be using a Proxy or VPN to access this site, and to progress further, you should change your connectivity to another mobile device or PC).
