Client Service Specialist (CSS)

Are you ready to build a high-growth career? If you're obsessively organized, love helping people, and want a clear, structured path to level up in the wealth management industry, welcome to your next move. We're hiring a Client Service Specialist (CSS) to be the operational powerhouse of our client service team. You'll partner directly with our Client Service Associates (CSAs) and Lead Planners to deliver five-star service to our clients.

Best of all? This isn't just a job—it's our primary training ground. You'll master our systems, custodians, and standards from the inside out through a dedicated advancement rotation designed to fast-track you into a future CSA role.

Competitive Pay & Perks: $48k–$55k base, plus:

  • Client Referral Bonuses: $1,250 to $2,500 per client brought in.
  • Profit Sharing:
Up to 10% annual firm-performance bonus (paid quarterly!).
  • Built-in Career Progression: A structured rotation spending time with Retirement Educators and Paraplanners to prepare you for licensing and promotion.
  • A Supportive Pod System:
Work in a close-knit team (1 CSA + 1 CSS) where your contributions directly drive client success.
  • Culture First:
Team off-sites, internal training, and a collaborative environment where high performance is recognized and rewarded.

What you'll do day-to-day as the operational engine of our pod:

  • Keep the engine running:
Prepare, quality-check, and track new account paperwork, transfers, and service requests (address updates, RMD setups, distributions).
  • Solve puzzles:
Promptly track down and fix "not-in-good-order" (NIGO) paperwork before it causes delays.
  • Delight clients:
Be the warm, responsive first contact for routine client questions and keep them updated every step of the way.
  • Master scheduling & prep:
Coordinate review meetings, build meeting packets, and handle post-meeting follow-ups.
  • Keep systems clean:
Keep our CRM (Hub Spot) tidy, accurate, and aligned with compliance standards.

Who you are:

  • Detail-obsessed:
You double-check your work, hate loose ends, and catch typos before anyone else does.
  • A tech-savvy multi-tasker:
You navigate CRMs (like Hub Spot) effortlessly and know how to prioritize a busy task list.
  • A stellar communicator:
You're warm, professional, and clear—whether on the phone, in an email, or in person.
  • Eager to learn:
You want to understand the why behind wealth planning, earn your licenses, and grow into bigger roles.
  • A team player:
You're ready to jump in, support your pod, and cover team members when duty calls.

Ready to take the next step? If you're organized, driven, and looking for a firm that actively invests in your growth, we want to hear from you!
