Position: Enterprise AI Implementation Business Analyst

Location: 5 days onsite is , MO

Duration: 6-12 month of Contract with Possible Extension

Client are seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Implementation Business Analyst to support the design and deployment of Generative AI, LLM, RAG, AI Agent, and intelligent automation solutions across the enterprise. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, AI engineers, architects, data teams, and QA teams to ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business value.

• Lead discovery workshops to identify, analyze, and prioritize AI use cases aligned with business goals.
• Document current and future-state processes, business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data requirements.
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for AI, engineering, data, and testing teams.
• Define requirements for AI assistants, enterprise search, document summarization, content generation, recommendations, workflow automation, and AI agents.
• Support RAG-based solutions by identifying enterprise knowledge sources, retrieval requirements, metadata, taxonomy, and data quality needs.
• Define expected AI behaviors, response quality standards, accuracy, relevance, grounding, and source attribution requirements.
• Develop business test scenarios, coordinate UAT, validate AI outputs, and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI, privacy, security, governance, and role-based access requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and document repositories.
• Support business readiness, user adoption, training, change management, and continuous improvement efforts.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong expertise in requirements management, process analysis, stakeholder engagement, Agile delivery, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience working on enterprise application, automation, data, or digital transformation programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, semantic search, AI agents, prompt design, enterprise knowledge management, and AI governance.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms, APIs, enterprise integrations, and AI testing frameworks.

• Delivery of clear, testable AI requirements, successful business adoption, improved productivity, reduced manual effort, high-quality AI outcomes, and measurable business value from enterprise AI investments.
