Technical Program Manager

TPM bridges the gap between high-level business objectives and technical execution.

• Project Orchestration:
  Manage end-to-end life cycles of complex technical projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:
  Act as a 'translator' between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders (e.g., product, marketing, executives).
• Risk Management:
  
  Proactively identify technical blockers, system architecture risks, and external dependencies to develop mitigation strategies.
• Technical Oversight:
  Ensure technical feasibility and alignment with coding standards, security policies, and industry best practices.
• Agile Governance:
  Implement and optimize Agile, Scrum, or Dev Ops methodologies to drive efficient delivery.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or MBA often preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in technical leadership, software development, or project delivery.
