Stifel is seeking an ITSM Platform Engineer II to serve as the primary technical escalation point for ITSM Analysts. You will own Halo ITSM operations, develop integrations with Jira and other systems, and build automation to improve efficiency.
The role requires strong technical depth, governance adherence, and the ability to work independently within architectural guidance. Prior ITSM and SaaS experience, ITIL knowledge, and scripting skills are essential.
