- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years as a Delivery Manager leading enterprise payment initiatives.
- Strong experience delivering projects in Payments
, including payment processing, payment operations, ACH, Wire, RTP, SWIFT, Cards, or ISO 20022. - Good experience with consulting and on-floor selling exposure.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex delivery engagements in Banking or Financial Services.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders on the floor, build trusted relationships, and influence business decisions.
- Strong consultative approach with the ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions.
- Experience managing multiple work streams, distributed teams, vendors, budgets, and executive stakeholders.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
