Concero is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to ensure timely completion of assigned tickets while maintaining a high standard of quality. The role requires clear and prompt communication with all stakeholders throughout the ticket lifecycle.
The technician will troubleshoot and repair end-user hardware, software, and peripherals, escalate issues when needed, and document all work in the IT ticketing system. Providing basic technology training and AV support for meetings are included
