World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Time & Attendance Manager to lead and develop our IT Time & Attendance team within the broader Human Capital Management (HCM) portfolio. This role is responsible for overseeing the strategy, delivery of high-quality solutions, and ongoing support of our workforce management solutions in UKG, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring our systems accurately capture, process, and report employee time and attendance data in compliance with business and regulatory requirements while supporting our business objectives and core values.

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Time & Attendance analysts, developers, and subcontractors located in the US and internationally.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture aligned with WWT’s core values.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1s, provide coaching, and support career development for direct reports.
• Oversee hiring, performance management, and team member recognition.

• Partner with the Product Manager and Product Owner to set vision and strategy for Time & Attendance systems and processes, ensuring alignment with broader HCM and business goals.
• Oversee the design, implementation, configuration, and support of workforce management solutions (e.g., UKG Workforce Management Pro, ADP Vantage, or similar platforms).
• Collaborate with IT, Payroll, HR, Legal, Finance and business stakeholders to deliver accurate and compliant time-keeping solutions.
