Compucom Staffing, a division of Compu Com Systems, Inc., is seeking a Level 2 Desktop Support Technician to join the client's team onsite in Saint Louis, MO. You will provide IMAC, break-fix, and end-user support while staging, imaging, and configuring systems with the standard client image.
The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of desk-side experience, strong Windows and Mac support knowledge, and solid communication and troubleshooting skills; certifications like A+, MCP, or MCSE are preferred.
