Lead Enterprise Project Manager Agile AI

We're partnering with an enterprise organization seeking a Lead Enterprise Project Manager to lead complex technology programs, drive Agile delivery at scale, and help shape the future of AI-enabled project management.

This role provides strategic leadership across enterprise portfolios while partnering with executive leadership, architecture, data, and AI governance teams to deliver high-impact business initiatives.

• Lead complex enterprise programs and project portfolios using Agile delivery practices.

• Drive portfolio planning, governance, and cross-functional execution.

• Champion AI-enabled project management practices and adoption across the PM organization.

• Lead enterprise PI Planning, Portfolio Kanban, and Agile ceremonies.

• Develop executive dashboards, portfolio KPIs, forecasting, and delivery metrics.

• Partner with business, technology, enterprise architecture, and AI governance teams to align strategic initiatives.

• Identify and manage cross-portfolio dependencies, risks, and resource priorities.

• Mentor Project Managers and help advance Agile best practices across the organization.

• Support Agile Center of Excellence initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

• 7+ years of Project Management experience.

• 5+ years leading enterprise Agile programs or portfolios.

• Experience managing complex enterprise technology initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and portfolio governance.

• Experience with Azure Dev Ops or comparable Agile portfolio management platforms.

• Experience presenting to executive leadership and communicating portfolio health, risks, and strategic recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience leading AI-enabled or AI-augmented project management initiatives.

• Experience working with Enterprise Governance, Data Architecture, and AI Governance teams.

• Knowledge of Lean Portfolio Management, SAFe, LeSS, or other enterprise Agile frameworks.

• Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives and establishing PM best practices.

• Strong understanding of portfolio metrics, OKRs, forecasting, and value delivery.

• PMP required.

• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Fellow, or equivalent enterprise Agile certification preferred.

• AI or Lean Portfolio Management certifications are a plus.

• A strategic leader who can balance business priorities with technology execution.

Compensation: $135,000 per year
