Engineer III Core HR Technology

Edward Jones is seeking an Engineer III, Core HR Technology to design, enhance, and support our enterprise HR platforms. In this role, you will lead configuration, integrations, and technical solutions that enable talent management, payroll, and workforce data for a nationwide financial services firm. You'll partner with HR, Finance, and IT to translate business needs into scalable, secure technology, ensure data integrity, and optimize HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support Core HR technology solutions and integrations
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to translate business requirements into technical designs
• Ensure HR data integrity, security, and compliance within systems and integrations
• Lead and execute testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex system issues
• Optimize HR processes through automation, analytics, and system enhancements
• Document system configurations, integrations, and technical procedures
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and HR technology stakeholders
