Cognowiz is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to manage and support enterprise-scale Cisco Meraki and Azure networking environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on networking professional with deep expertise in enterprise infrastructure, VPN technologies, network security, high availability architectures, and cloud networking solutions.

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise network environments supporting business-critical operations. You will work closely with infrastructure, security, cloud, and business teams to maintain highly available wired and wireless networks while leading network upgrades, office expansions, and infrastructure modernization initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in Cisco Meraki technologies, Azure networking, VPN services, Network Access Control (NAC), and enterprise troubleshooting.

You will also play a key role in ensuring network reliability, security scalability, and performance across a dynamic enterprise environment supporting more than 200 users.

• Design, implement, and maintain Cisco Meraki network infrastructure across enterprise environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot complex VPN connectivity and remote access solutions.
• Configure, monitor, and optimize Azure networking services and cloud connectivity.
• Support Network Access Control (NAC) implementations and security policy enforcement.
• Maintain highly available network environments through redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Support wired and wireless enterprise networks serving 200+ users.
• Lead network upgrades, office relocations, expansions, and infrastructure cutover projects.
• Troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, security, and availability issues.
• Monitor network health and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams on enterprise initiatives.
• Manage incidents, changes, and service requests through Service Now and ITSM processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Network Engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Cisco Meraki administration and support experience.
• Strong expertise in VPN configuration, troubleshooting, and security.
• Experience configuring and managing Microsoft Azure networking services.
• Strong understanding of routing, switching, wireless networking, and enterprise LAN/WAN architectures.
• Knowledge of Network Access Control (NAC) solutions and policy management.
• Experience designing high-availability environments with redundancy and failover capabilities.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments with 200+ users.
• Hands-on experience with Service Now and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Experience with Portnox Network Access Control (NAC).
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification.
• Microsoft Azure networking certifications.
• Experience with SD-WAN and cloud connectivity solutions.
• Knowledge of network automation and infrastructure scripting.
