Business Analyst

Our organization is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to support application lifecycle management initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, and the remediation of end-of-life systems. This role requires technical acumen, healthcare application experience, and communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements from IT teams and business units.
• Translate requirements into actionable insights for architects, infrastructure teams, and application analysts.
• Support application and operating system upgrades and migrations to standard platforms.
• Assist in the remediation of end-of-life applications and systems.
• Understand and analyze application stack components (e.g., server, workstation, cloud).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.
• Participate in stakeholder communications and status updates.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

5–7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related technical role. Experience with cloud migrations and end-of-life system remediation is a plus.

Technical

Skills:

Strong understanding of healthcare applications and workflows. Solid knowledge of application stack architecture (server, client, cloud). Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.).

General

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in technical analysis or application architecture.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (formulas, Appsheet experience).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with Java, SQL, Visual Basic, or Google App Script.
