GDH is seeking a technically skilled IT Help Desk Specialist to support end-users in St. Louis, MO. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, diagnose root causes, document solutions, and serve as the primary contact for tickets in a fast-paced environment with SLAs.
You’ll log and escalate tickets, maintain user accounts and VPN access, and use Service Now for ticket tracking. A DoD 8570 IAT Level I cert and US citizenship are required; hybrid work is offered.
