Business Systems & Technology Analysis, Data Analyst, IT Business Analyst
Are you an analytical, detail-oriented operator who likes assuming responsibility and eventual ownership of certain systems, data, and dollars behind a team that is critical to support the growth of a dynamic business — and curious about how legal, business, and technology workflows connect? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? Do you act with integrity and hold yourself to the highest standard?
If the answer is “Yes!”, then we have an opportunity that will excite you.
Who are we? We are ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies. We are seeking a capable, curious, detail-oriented Legal Operations Specialist to join our Legal Operations team. This role helps the legal team use technology, data, processes, and knowledge more effectively and identifies issues and inefficiencies while helping turn better ideas into practical solutions — and is built for someone who is curious and loves to figure things out and wants to grow across legal, accounting, technology, human resources, and construction operations while assuming responsibility for real, defined work from the, start.
You will be provided structured learning and hands on opportunities and will ramp quickly on our team, systems, and data, and assume responsibility and future ownership for certain core functions — legal-department reporting and analytics, legal spend and e-billing, and quality assurance (QA/QC) — so our Legal Operations leadership can focus on design and strategy. As you build legal, business, and system knowledge, the role expands into deeper analysis, AI enablement, process improvement, special projects, training, and change management.
