Tammina seeks an experienced Agile Engineering Coach to partner with delivery teams, PMs, Scrum Masters and QA to extend Agile practices across the organization. You will train, coach, and document Agile processes, and monitor performance metrics to boost productivity and quality.
You will help shape automated testing standards, design resilient test components, and oversee test execution while coordinating across multiple teams to remove blockers and dependencies.
