Agital, a modern marketing collective, is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist in St. Louis, MO. You will act as the first contact for end-user IT requests, supporting both Mac and PC environments and a 100% remote workforce.
Reporting to the IT Director, you will help manage Microsoft 365 and Google Drive, onboarding/offboarding, and asset life cycles. Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in tech support, strong customer service, and familiarity with ticketing systems and networking basics.
