Security Architect

• Assess security risks associated with cloud and networking solutions.
• Review and validate solution designs against approved reference architectures.
• Identify security gaps and provide recommendations to address identified risks.
• Support cloud-first transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational security standards.
• Evaluate unique solution designs where existing reference architectures do not apply.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure security requirements are addressed throughout project delivery.
• Provide guidance related to application security, container security, network segmentation, and cloud security controls.
• Assist teams in understanding security implications and compliance considerations for proposed architectures.
• Support AI-related security discussions and emerging security requirements as applicable.

Job Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Security Architect in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in cloud security and networking security architecture.
• Experience assessing and interpreting solution designs and associated security risks.
• Deep understanding of cloud reference architectures and governance models.
• Ability to communicate technical security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating application security, containerization, and micro-segmentation approaches.
• Knowledge of enterprise security controls, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting large transformation or modernization initiatives is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI security concepts and controls is highly desirable.
