Accenture's SAP practice is seeking a Senior Manager for Finance Transformation projects. This role involves originating, selling, and delivering SAP-based finance solutions, leveraging expertise in SAP technologies, AI, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will engage with senior client executives, develop business cases and roadmaps, architect end-to-end finance solutions, and lead large project teams. Requires a minimum of 8 years in SAP Finance transformation program delivery, 3 end-to-end SAP S/4

HANA implementations, and experience managing large delivery teams. Prior consulting experience is essential. This role offers opportunities for growth and impact in a collaborative, innovation‑led environment.

You are a confident leader who spots and stays ahead of the SAP platform , industry and Finance trends and knows how to translate client goals into clear and actionable outcomes that everyone can get behind. You know how to fully utilize the capabilities of various SAP platforms to drive business value, transform end‑to‑end functions and drive leading practices for your clients in markets all over the globe.

The Work:

Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:

• Engage with senior client Finance executives on the business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future)
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentations
• Architect e2e Finance solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, & add on partner solutions
• Clearly explain SAP’s Business AI strategy, including an understanding of its capabilities and roadmap. Identify functional areas expertise where AI can deliver real value to clients
