Responsibilities

• Maintain, deploy, and troubleshoot endpoint configurations and policies for all platforms, to meet security benchmarks
• Create andmaintainsoftware deployment packages for Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS.
• Administer virtual desktop environment and supporting infrastructure, including maintenance, support, patching, and documentation.
• Create andmaintaindocumentation for fellow administrators, Service Desk, and end users.
• Assistin patching enterprise end-user devices with OS and third-party application updates.
• Evaluate and define hardware standards.
• Identify technical problems within EUC systems and work independently todeterminesolutions.
• Work closely with other teams in IT to provide root cause analysis and resolve systemic end-user issues
• Work closely with the Global Service Desk to drive process enhancements and efficiencies
• Establish andmaintaineffective working relationships with management, coworkers, vendors, and customers.
• Provide support as needed.
• Be a part of the on-call and support rotation
• Work on projects and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences(BA/BS) Information Technology,Information Systems, or Computer Science preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years' progressive experience in a related field preferred
• 5 years or greater experience in system administration
• Experience troubleshooting end-user hardware, software, and driver issues
