Data Analyst, Business Systems & Technology Analysis
Our client, a leading organization in the consumer-packaged goods industry, is seeking a Product and Pricing Analyst to join their team. As a Product and Pricing Analyst, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Product Management department supporting commercial business teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:
St. Louis, MO
Work schedule:
40 hours/week. Full-time onsite Monday through Thursday, remote on Fridays.
1 + Year contract
- Support the development and management of data products related to product and pricing domains.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for data-driven solutions.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform data validation, functional testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Utilize SQL and analytical tools to investigate data issues, verify requirements, and support troubleshooting efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods space.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications for development teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative project environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences.
