Job Title:
Project Lead Type: 6 Months Contract to Start
Location:
St. Louis, MO
Description:
Owns end-to-end delivery of assigned M&A integration work streams, coordinating the technical team and serving as the primary point of contact for the client's Senior Project Manager.
Reports to:Engagement / Program Director
Key Responsibilities:- Own the integration schedule for assigned acquisitions, from kickoff through hypercare close
- Coordinate standups across network, desktop, collaboration, IAM, and service desk work streams
- Serve as primary escalation point for vendor (Granite/Pellera) delivery risks and cross-team blockers.
- Report status, risks, and dependencies to client stakeholders and internal leadership
- Maintain the integration runbook/checklist and keep workstream owners aligned to it
- Manage resource allocation across dedicated team members and the delivery bench
- Lead go-live readiness reviews and post-go-live retrospectives
- 8+ years leading multi-site IT infrastructure or M&A integration projects
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams (network, desktop, collaboration, security)
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (Service Now) and project tracking tools
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
- Experience specifically with M&A, carve-out, or divestiture IT integrations
