Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package
  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually
  • Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule (3 days in‑office, 2 days remote)
Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, ranging from small to large markets.
  • Handle daily account servicing tasks, including policy changes, endorsements, and client inquiries.
  • Assist with quoting and processing renewal business as needed.
  • Collaborate with centralized departments for specialty risk products, bonds, and marketing support.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using EPIC software.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and internal teams.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years as a licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the insurance industry.
  • Familiarity with servicing a mix of small, mid, and large market accounts.
  • Proficiency in EPIC software or similar agency management systems is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, family-oriented, and fast-paced environment.
