• Setting: School-Based (Pre‑K through 12)
• Pay Range: $29.00 - $37.75 hourly (based on experience)
• Schedule: Full‑time or Part‑time options; hours per week to be discussed, with potential for after‑school and evening shifts (including summer availability on Fridays)
• Contract Length: TBD, to be finalized with the district

• Duration: 39 weeks
• Hours per week: 32 hours
• Shift: 6 hours

• Valid state licensure as a Sign Language Interpreter, and willingness to obtain MO licensure
• 2 years of experience as a Sign Language Interpreter preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in American Sign Language Interpreting or related field
• Experience interpreting in school settings (Pre‑K–12), including classroom and IEP participation
• Ability to support students’ communication needs using ASL and collaborate with school teams

• Interpret classroom instruction, discussions, and school activities using ASL to facilitate student learning and participation
• Support students' access to academic content, social interactions, and extracurricular activities
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote communication, inclusion, and student success
