Blitz, Bardgett & Deutsch, L.C., a Clayton, Missouri based full-service law firm with offices also in Kansas City, Columbia and Jefferson City, has an opening for an experienced transactional associate. The ideal candidate should be a member of the Missouri Bar and have 2-8 years of experience, including drafting and negotiating business contracts, real estate purchase contracts, leases, commercial loan documents, limited liability company operating agreements and asset/stock purchase agreements.

- Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
- Knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business transactions
- Attention to detail and excellent research and analytical abilities
- Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Bar license in Missouri or eligibility for admission is required
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Experience in areas such as real estate transactions, tax law, or employment law is a plus
