We are looking for a driven attorney with solid litigation experience who is eager to deepen their trial skills and grow within a collaborative, mentorship‑driven environment.
This is not a back‑office role. You will be in the action, working closely with seasoned trial attorneys, gaining hands‑on experience, and playing a meaningful role in case strategy, courtroom preparation, and client advocacy.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
- Conduct in‑depth legal research and persuasive legal writing.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
- Has 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, with exposure to depositions, hearings, and courtroom practice.
- Thinks strategically, communicates clearly, and takes initiative.
- Cares deeply about clients and the impact of their work.
- Works well in a team environment and values mentorship.
$110,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience, with additional performance‑based bonuses tied to measurable results.
