This is not a back‑office role. You will be in the action, working closely with seasoned trial attorneys, gaining hands‑on experience, and playing a meaningful role in case strategy, courtroom preparation, and client advocacy.

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research and persuasive legal writing.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.

• Has 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, with exposure to depositions, hearings, and courtroom practice.
• Thinks strategically, communicates clearly, and takes initiative.
• Cares deeply about clients and the impact of their work.
• Works well in a team environment and values mentorship.

$110,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience, with additional performance‑based bonuses tied to measurable results.
