Case Managing Attorney

Description

We are looking for a dedicated Case Managing Attorney to join our legal team in Saint Louis, Missouri. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong litigation experience and a passion for advocating on behalf of plaintiffs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent legal drafting and trial skills, along with a proven ability to manage complex cases efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Represent plaintiffs in civil litigation cases, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.

- Draft and file motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.

- Conduct thorough discovery processes, including depositions and investigations, to build strong cases.

- Manage litigation involving personal injury claims, including asbestos-related cases.

- Prepare and execute trial strategies for jury trials, aiming for favorable outcomes.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal advice.

- Monitor case progress and ensure timely resolution of all matters.

- Maintain compliance with legal standards and procedures throughout case management.

- Review and analyze evidence to develop compelling arguments.

- Work closely with colleagues to share insights and strategies for case success.

Requirements - Must be a licensed attorney and eligible to practice law in Missouri.

- At least 2 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on plaintiff representation.

- Strong skills in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

- Proven ability to manage discovery processes and prepare for trials.

- Experience handling personal injury and asbestos litigation cases is highly preferred.

- Familiarity with jury trial procedures and strategies.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Commitment to providing exceptional legal advocacy and client service.
