Personal Injury Legal Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Legal Assistant to support attorneys in managing plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation environment.

• Communicate with clients regarding case status and documentation
• Request and track medical records and billing
• Draft correspondence, discovery, and basic pleadings
• Manage case files and maintain accurate notes in case management software
• Calendar deadlines and assist with court filings
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, and other case-related appointments
• Assist with demand package preparation and trial support

• 2+ years of personal injury experience preferred
• Knowledge of litigation procedures and court deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with case management software (e.g., Smart Advocate) preferred
