Overview
A litigation-focused paralegal role supporting attorneys through all phases of the litigation process. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while working both independently and collaboratively in a well respected law firm.
Work Schedule and Compensation- Schedule: Standard business hours and fully in office
- Compensation: Competitive and based on experience

- Review, analyze, and organize documents received from clients and third parties at attorney direction
- Prepare and maintain electronic and physical case files in accordance with firm procedures
- Assist attorneys with preparation for trials, hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings
- Monitor deadlines and proactively manage case-related tasks and assignments
- Coordinate and support litigation-related activities as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client and organizational information
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Several years of litigation experience preferred
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Proficiency with legal support tools and general office technology
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Familiarity with legal procedures and general office practices
- Ability to interact tactfully and professionally with attorneys, staff, court personnel, and external contacts
