Paralegal Post Judgment

Sher & Shabsin, P.C., a dynamic and growing law firm In South City, is seeking a paralegal to join our team and specialize in post judgment remedies, including but not limited to locating assets, garnishments and liens. We need a self-starter who can confidently work with our current garnishment team members on a high volume of cases, ensuring compliance and accuracy every step of the way.

• Work closely with our garnishment team to manage all aspects of post‑judgment proceedings from initiation to final resolution.
• Prepare, review, and file legal documents such as garnishments, liens, orders, and releases.
• Communicate with clients, debtors, attorneys, and courts regarding post‑judgment issues.
• Review and interpret financial records and legal documents.
• Provide litigation support to attorneys as needed.
• Identify potential issues proactively and help develop solutions to keep cases moving efficiently.

• Bachelor's or Associates Degree required.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in e‑filing and case management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Paralegal certification.
• Experience with JST Collectmax, Casenet (MO), Odyssey (IL).
• Experience in garnishments, collection law or other related fields.
