Responsibilities include:
representing clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division; draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements; conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in family law; attend court hearings and trials, and present case effectively; provide legal advice and support to clients throughout the legal process; collaborate with paralegals and other legal staff to ensure efficient case management.
