Municipal Litigation Associate

Closely-knit boutique law firm located in Kirkwood seeks a full-time civil litigation associate attorney. Firm practice consists of civil rights defense, title litigation, employment, corporate, and other civil defense. Qualified candidates will have 3 years of civil litigation experience and an active license to practice law in Missouri. This experience should include excellent analytical and writing skills, experience in managing a litigation caseload (from beginning to end), experience drafting legal documents and discovery requests, experience conducting legal research, and the ability to function both independently and within a team.

Prior real estate experience a plus. Licensure and experience in federal courts would be helpful.
