A St. Louis-based law firm is seeking a Corporate/Transactional Litigation Attorney to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys a mix of litigation and deal‑related work across sophisticated matters, with a lower billable‑hour target and a strong bonus structure tied to performance.

• Conduct comprehensive legal research using platforms such as Lexis Nexis and Westlaw.
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and transactional materials.
• Manage matters spanning real estate, banking, corporate, M&A, or estate planning.
• Assist in negotiations and settlement discussions to achieve client objectives.
• Review and analyze documents and evidence to prepare for litigation and transactional proceedings.
• Maintain organized files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and internal procedures.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to develop effective legal strategies.
• Stay current on relevant laws and regulations impacting multiple practice areas.

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Prior experience in litigation and/or transactional law strongly preferred.
• Experience across real estate, banking, corporate, M&A, or estate planning is a plus.
• Strong writing, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Partial book of business ($200+).

• Low billable‑hour target.
• Great bonus structure with meaningful upside potential.
• 15% origination on all clients brought to the firm.
