• Manage an active caseload of personal injury matters (plaintiff or defense backgrounds welcome).
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and negotiations as needed.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case planning.
• Maintain communication with clients, experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel throughout each case.

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation (plaintiff or defense).
• Strong writing, research, and case‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team‑oriented environment.
• No trial experience required — the firm provides training, mentorship, and development.
• Base Salary: $150,000+ (commensurate with experience)
