The team is seeking an Associate with 2-6 years of experience in all aspects of estate planning and trust/estate administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of:
- Utilizing trusts for various purposes
- Strategies for minimizing Gift, Estate, and Generation-Skipping Transfer Taxes
- Administering probate estates and trusts
- Preparing Gift and Estate Tax returns
- Creating and implementing business entities and succession plans
- Asset protection planning
