As needed, additional positions may be filled using this announcement. This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri.
Required Qualifications- Applicants must possess a J.D. Degree, be an active member of the bar (any U.S. jurisdiction), and have at least one (1) year post-J.D. legal or other relevant experience.
- Applicant must possess superior oral and written communication skills, as well as strong character and interpersonal skills; have demonstrated the capacity to function, with minimal guidance, in a highly demanding environment.
- United States citizenship is required for consideration.
- Outstanding academic record
- Complex litigation experience
- Exceptional research and writing ability
- The ability to successfully represent the interest of the United States in federal court
- The ability to handle and successfully manage a heavy case load involving complex cases.
