Kinsa is recruiting for a:
Director of Supply Chain / Frozen Foods
Location: St. Louis, MO area (Onsite)
This is an opportunity to lead and shape the supply chain function for a growing food manufacturing organization with multiple facilities and ambitious growth plans. The Director of Supply Chain will play a key role in optimizing operations, strengthening supplier and logistics networks, and building scalable processes that support future expansion.

- $150,000 - $180,000 Base salary (Negotiable higher for right candidate)

- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support production requirements, customer service objectives, and business growth initiatives.
- Lead procurement activities for raw materials and packaging while ensuring supplier performance, quality standards, and cost control objectives are achieved.
- Oversee production planning, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution operations to optimize service levels and minimize waste.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply chain performance.
- Monitor and improve key supply chain metrics including inventory turns, fill rates, on-time delivery, and forecast accuracy.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Sales, and Finance teams to drive alignment and support business objectives.
- Lead and develop supply chain personnel while driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple functions and facilities.
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience, including leadership responsibility within food manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Experience with USDA, FDA, FSMA, and food manufacturing regulatory requirements.
- Experience utilizing ERP, MRP, forecasting, and supply chain planning systems.
- Experience managing multi-site manufacturing and distribution operations preferred.
- Background in cold chain, refrigerated, or frozen food supply chains preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
