MINI of St. Louis is looking for a Full Time Service Greeter/Porter!

Service Porter M-F 9:30am-6:00pm (no weekends)

• MUST HAVE valid driver's license
• MUST HAVE clean driving record
• Ability to drive manual transmission
• Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions
• Dependable (punctual and consistent attendance) with reliable means of transportation

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and direct them to appropriate personnel
• Control service traffic flow and parking
• Ensure that vehicles are parked in assigned areas
• Making sure they are locked, and all keys are marked and put away correctly
• Assist Service Advisors and Service Manager with paperwork, repair orders, etc
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Occasionally shuttle customers
• Washing and vacuuming vehicles
• Fueling vehicles
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Provide exceptional customer service
