Responsibilities
- Managing the sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relationships related to embedded and connected vehicle software
- Collaborating closely with engineering, legal, cybersecurity, and program management teams
- Developing and managing suppliers under the guidance of quality, service, technology, and price negotiations
- Adhering to corporate purchasing and accounting policies and procedures
- Negotiating price, terms, and other items to complete full contract package
- 2+ years relevant work experience in purchasing, supply chain, program/product management, engineering, logistics or product development
- SAP experience or ability to learn purchasing systems
- Must be willing to travel 5% of the time domestically + Internationally
- Automotive industry experience (preferred)
- Basic engineering documents understanding (preferred)
