Materials Management Coordinator

Scion Health -  - Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day activities of the purchasing department including receiving, labeling, stocking, auditing, inventory, and distribution of supplies and materials to all areas of the facility and timely submission of patient supply charges;
Coordinate form management and office supply management, ordering, and discharging of equipment throughout the hospital and maintain adequate inventory of equipment and disposables;
Input purchase orders daily and distribute copies to departments; compare purchase orders to requisitions and correct mistakes;
Maintain Meditech entries and data in accordance with policy; ensure pricing accuracy and resolve invoice variances within five working days;
Organize and coordinate materials management functions and activities; implement inventory control system; monitor status of all items ordered; investigate alternate suppliers when needed; obtain approvals for substitutes
