Advanced Supply Chain Technician (St. Louis, MO

Advanced Supply Chain Technician will utilize and demonstrate at an advanced level supply chain software systems to fill, order, stock, distribute, and receive supplies and linen along with assisting with the management of PAR inventories. This position also ensures appropriate supplies/Linens are stocked, delivered, and inventory is adequately stocked in multiple locations. Advanced Technicians will also assist with mentoring and training new coworkers, and at times serve as a liaison in communication between supply chain and clinical leaders.

Minimum Required QualificationsEducation:
High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of Mercy Preceptor Course within 6 months.

Experience:

Mastered Supply Chain Technician Competencies and fully functional in Supply Chain Technician role, or 2 years direct healthcare supply chain or 2 years large-scale supply chain experience.

Preferred QualificationsExperience:
Prefer 12 months in Mercy Supply Chain Technician role.

Certification/Registration:
Preferred Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP), Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
