Project Coordinator
Duration: 6 Months (High likelihood of extension)
Max Bill Rate: $55/hr on W2
The Project Coordinator will support approximately 45 Project Managers by managing project administration, Service Now PPM, project financials, resource assignments, work orders, and reporting. This is the first centralized PMO Coordinator role with potential team expansion based on success.
Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)1. Service Now PPM (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of Service Now PPM experience
- Experience with:
- Resource Management
- Resource Assignments
- Timecard Monitoring
- Cost Plans
- Expense Lines

2. Project Financial ManagementExperience with:
- Budget Tracking
- Cost Plans
- Capital Labor Tracking
- Invoice Tracking
- Purchase Orders (PO)
- Work Orders
- Vendor Payment Tracking
- Financial Reporting
- Support multiple Project Managers with project administration
- Manage resource assignments in Service Now PPM
- Monitor and approve project timecards
- Track project budgets and financials
- Maintain cost plans and expense lines
- Manage work orders and purchase orders
- Track invoices and vendor payments
- Assist with hardware procurement
- Prepare weekly financial reports
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and documentation
- 3–4+ years of Project Coordinator or Project Support experience
- Service Now PPM experience (Required)
- Experience supporting project financials
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- IT or technology project experience
- Experience with project budgeting and cost reporting
- Project Coordinator + Project Manager background is acceptable
