About Opportunity

We're looking for an Operations Specialist who wants to be more than a person behind a desk.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role that touches nearly every part of our business. You'll work alongside Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics, Accounting, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly, identify opportunities for improvement, and help turn ideas into action.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, working with data, and connecting the dots between departments. You'll have the opportunity to learn about our business from the inside out while making a meaningful impact on how we operate.

If you're an organized, analytical, hands-on professional who enjoys variety and wants a role where your ideas can make a difference, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations team and leadership.
  • Coordinate information and follow up with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Accounting, and Logistics to keep tasks moving.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, documents, and operational records.
  • Enter and maintain accurate information in ERP, inventory, and other company systems.
  • Assist with tracking orders, inventory, shipments, vendor information, and other operational activities.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams to request information, provide updates, and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials for operational meetings and projects.
  • Maintain and organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), forms, and other company documentation.
  • Assist with invoice, purchasing, freight, and vendor-related administrative tasks.
  • Help collect and organize data for reports, audits, projects, and management review.
  • Support new employee onboarding by preparing materials and coordinating necessary information.
  • Assist with company projects, process improvements, system updates, and other initiatives as assigned.
  • Identify administrative or operational issues and work with the appropriate team members to help resolve them.
  • Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused approach while supporting the day-to-day needs of the business.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working with ERP, inventory management, supply chain, or other business systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with data and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership of projects and challenges.
