Maintenance Supervisor

Dynamic part‑time role with training, growth, and status in a leading facilities services company.

• Perform routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues to ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Conduct and schedule preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Maintain cleanliness of building exteriors, landscaping, and parking areas.
• Collaborate with property management to prioritize tasks and projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and vendor services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants.

• Directly supervise and support two maintenance technicians.
• Provide hands‑on training in technical skills, safety, and equipment use.
• Coach and mentor team members for performance improvement.
• Monitor work quality and provide constructive feedback.
• Track and document training activities.
• Foster collaborative and accountable team environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or facilities maintenance preferred.
• 3–5 years of commercial property maintenance experience, 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices.
• Proven training, coaching, mentoring skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with maintenance management systems and basic computer applications.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Successful background and drug test.
